What's the best way to reach someone for a question?

Best way to contact us is to jump over to our Reach Us page and send us a message using the form. You can also send us a DM via Instagram. We do our best to respond in less than 24 hours.

Can I upgrade my subscription from monthly to yearly?

Sure! Just head over to our Subscriptions page, and upgrade by clicking the Yearly subscription button. Reach out to us if you have any further questions.

How do I make changes to my account and/or subscription?

Once you're logged in, you'll be able to make changes to your account by clicking the "Profile" link, or the profile icon. To make changes to your subscription, navigate to the "Billing" button.

Are all livestream workouts really free?

Yes! All livestream workouts are free. You'll be able to find the schedule at the top of the livestream workout page. If you miss a workout, you’ll be able to access it with a Full Access Subscription.

Can the instructors see me?

If you want! Yes, during our livestreams, you can share you screen with our instructors so they can see and engage with you in real-time. Look for the “Share Your Screen” button on our livestream workout page, and open it in the Google Chrome browser. We’ll soon have the option for our subscribers to share their screen while remaining private (not viewable) from the stream recording. At the moment, there is a 5 person limit per workout.

Will you be adding more instructors?

Most certainly! You can expect new instructor announcements as early as Spring 2024.

How often are new On-Demand classes uploaded?

Multiple, new On-Demand classes are uploaded every week.

Will there be more free livestream classes offered?

Yes. It's a goal of ours to add multiple new classes to the FREE livestream schedule early in the 2024 year.

If I'm new to fitness, what should I start with?

First off, congrats! Cheers to you for starting on your new path towards wellness with LYFE At Home. We recommend starting with our Beginners Series. You can use the filters on our On-Demand page to find it.

What exercise equipment do I need?

We generally create workouts that require a small selection of at home equipment, to include: dumbbells, resistance bands, sliders, kettlebells, jump ropes, and something stable enough to step or stand on. Our instructors will also provide variations that allow you to perform exercises without equipment or things you can find around the home.

How do I watch workouts on my smart tv?

You can easily cast our workouts to your smart tv from your laptops, desktops, or smartphones using the internal Airplay, Screen-Mirroring, or Casting options on each device. That goes for Apple and Android. Here's a quick example video on how to make it work! ALSO, you can always keep it simple and connect your laptop directly to your smart tv with the necessary cable.

Where is LYFE At Home studios located?

Our headquarter studio is currently located in the Lake Norman area, right above Charlotte, NC.

Is LYFE At Home currently raising a funding round?

Yes. As of January 2024, we are in the process of raising our Pre-Seed round. If you are an interested investor, please reach out to our Founder, Doc Waller, directly at doc@lyfeathome.com.

How can I improve my streaming quality?

a) Always be sure you're using a stable, secured internet connection.

b) Find the SETTINGS button on the lower-right side of our video player, and make sure you're streaming your workout/episode in the highest resolution/quality.

c) Clear your browser cache: You will typically find controls to clear cached images and files in the ‘history’ or ‘clear browsing data’ sections of the browser settings menu.- Update your browser version: Older browser versions may have settings or other compatibility issues that prevent you from streaming video or audio content.
